Data processing by Feratel

The data processing as part of the enquiry and booking forms on websites we (Region Villach Tourismus GmbH) operate is carried out on our behalf via the feratal deskline system, operated by feratel media technologies AG, Maria-Theresienstraße 8, 6020 Innsbruck. If enquiries are sent, the data entered there is offered to the hosts in the Villach - Faaker See - Ossiacher See region in an enquiry pool. A maximum of 10 enterprises can access the data and make suitable offers. Afterwards, the data transmitted by the guest is deleted by Region Villach Tourismus GmbH within 16 months if no booking occurs through the feratel system. Data that is processed in relation to an online booking remains stored according to legal requirements and is then deleted.
